A creative marketing tool created by SIEDC, the biennial SIEDC Restaurant Guide is a handbook that affords local business leaders the chance to write a review of their favorite Staten Island restaurant, which is highlighted and publicized in the guide. The Restaurant Guide assists small restaurant businesses by having a prominent Staten Island business or civic leader put their name and "stamp of approval" on their establishment, and alerts all Staten Islanders to the outstanding dining establishments located within their communities.
